5 rooms, 1 with private bath and 4 which share 2 baths. 4 full-size beds, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds.

Rates:
$85.00 to $100.00 double occupancy. $70.00 to $100.00 for single.

Payment:
Deposit is 50% of stay and must be received within 5 days of reservation request (group reservations require 100% payment in advance); personal checks accepted. Sorry, no credit cards.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival to ensure refund of deposit, less a $15.00 service charge per room. With less notice, deposit be will refunded if another guest fills the rooms we have held for you. During holiday and peak periods, deposits are non-refundable.

Restrictions:
Well-behaved dogs accepted upon approval; cannot be left unattended. $10.00 per stay pet fee. Well-behaved, supervised children welcome with approval. No smoking.
